Advertising
Where enabled, eligible dashboard visitors may see advertising provided by RevBid. Its script and advertising partners may process IP addresses, browser/device information and cookies for ad delivery, measurement and, where permitted, personalization. Advertising scripts run on the page displaying them, rather than in a separate EarnOra application. Eligibility uses approximate country and network-quality information, not your account balance or payment destination. RevBid's consent interface manages applicable advertising choices. See RevBid's privacy policy for its practices.
1. About this policy
EarnOra is independently operated from Morocco. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use earnora.com or new.earnora.com.
For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@earnora.com. Information you give directly to an offer, survey or payment provider is covered by that provider's own privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
- Accounts: email, username, registration and verification status, roles and sign-in activity. If you enable two-factor authentication, we store protected setup and recovery information needed to check your sign-in. Password accounts store a password hash, not a readable password.
- Google sign-in: Google identifier, verified email and profile information used to create a username. We do not receive your Google password.
- Earning and payments: offer/survey starts, click references, confirmations, milestones, holds, reversals, referral relationships, ranks, balances and withdrawals.
- Payment destinations: address or account identifier and network needed for a withdrawal. Details are protected in storage; matching identifiers help detect shared destinations.
- Technical and security data: IP addresses or protected IP identifiers, approximate country, browser user-agent, device type, security-cookie identifiers, timestamps and risk observations. Screen dimensions may be sent for compatible survey delivery.
- Support: messages, references and replies needed to resolve requests.
- Registration source: broad traffic channel/source and inviter where applicable. Our attribution feature does not store the full referring URL.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes or sensitive documents in support messages unless we have explained a specific need and a suitable way to provide the documents.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to operate your account, verify your email, display eligible offers and surveys, track rewards, process withdrawals, manage referrals and answer support requests. We also send account and service notifications.
Security checks help us investigate suspicious activity, location misuse, linked accounts and shared payment destinations. These checks can restrict access or place a reward or withdrawal under review. You can contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.
5. Activity and referral visibility
The public activity feed shows partially masked usernames, reward or withdrawal amounts, providers, offer images and approximate countries. Full usernames and payment destinations are not shown publicly. Masking is not a guarantee of anonymity. The signed-in feed may show full usernames alongside recent rewards or completed withdrawals. Country flags reflect an approximate location from sign-in checks, not nationality.
Referrers may see referred usernames and program statistics, not their email, password or payment destination.
7. How long we keep information
We keep records for account operation, payments, provider reversals, dispute resolution and security review. Some financial and security records may need to remain after an account is closed.
Read notifications become eligible for removal 90 days after being read. Admin audit records and health-check records become eligible after 365 and 90 days respectively. Removal takes place through maintenance jobs and may not be immediate. Unread notifications are not removed by the read-notification cleanup.
Other records do not have a single automatic deletion deadline. Contact support or privacy@earnora.com to request account closure or deletion. We will explain which information can be removed or anonymized and which records need to be retained. Deletion from the live service does not immediately remove copies held in hosting backups.
8. Security and overseas processing
We use password hashing, access controls, protected payment-destination storage and security monitoring. No website or method of storage is completely secure.
Although EarnOra is operated from Morocco, our hosting, sign-in, email, security, payment and earning providers may process information in other countries.
9. Privacy requests
Contact privacy@earnora.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before acting on a request. Financial, security and legal obligations may limit what can be deleted. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
10. Age requirements
EarnOra is intended for users aged 18 and over. Contact us if you believe an underage person provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. We will communicate significant changes through the site or email where appropriate.
